Chess Board, Walnut with Epoxy Squares

These chess boards will be custom made just for you. Finished measurements are 18” x 18” and the square size measures 1.75”. We can use many different colors of epoxy for the squares. I am showing 3 colors of epoxy, but there are many colors to choose from. If you are wanting custom colors, please feel free to email me with any questions at comptonwoodcraft@gmail.com. All of the boards shown in the photos are made with walnut hardwood. It usually takes approximately 2 weeks for me to complete and ship these boards, as each one is made to order.

All of our beautiful chess boards are handmade, in our small family shop, and each is given individualized care and personal attention to detail; insuring a very high level of quality that we take deep pride in. Bringing out the natural beauty of the woods is why we do not use stains or dyes on the wood. I have used many different woods for the main board such as walnut, maple, oak, cherry & sapele.

Being made from natural hardwoods, locally sourced from another small business in our home state of Idaho, allows us to create unique pieces that are truly one-of-a-kind!
